How and why did you choose this dog?
"Actually, Arman chose me and my then-partner. I’m endlessly grateful to his trusted breeder for believing we were the right people for this special boy. He’s met every expectation—and more. Though his personality has been full of surprises, he's not the easiest dog to motivate, so I’ve had to grow as a trainer and learn how to solve those challenges creatively."
A special memory?
"There would be stories to match every mood, but maybe this is the one to share in this slam book:
Just before Arman's older brother Justus passed away a couple of years ago, Arman and Justus were lying under the kitchen table by my feet, and they had formed the shape of a heart with their paws. I didn’t realize in that moment it was a goodbye. Arman has always had a sixth sense about things."
